If you are ordering from our existing inventory, we will send you a confirmation email and your order will be shipped the next Monday or Tuesday. Then, the hard part: waiting to get your package depends on what shipping service you choose at checkout!

If you are doing a custom order, one of our specialists will call you with any questions or specifications we need, and give you an estimate on time and cost of the order. If you accept, your order will then be worked on as soon as possible!

You will receive an invoice when you are doing a custom order with us, as we have to put together all of the associated costs as we hand craft it for you!
